Full-Time - Customer Experience Lead

What You'll Do
- Communicates confidently across email, chat, and call
- Resolves customer issues with empathy and clarity
- Assist with orders, queries and post-sales support
- Hands-on coordination and multitasking well across teams
- Provide expert product and styling advice that helps customers make confident purchasing decisions
- Stay well-versed in rewards programs, policies and promotions to support every stage of the customer journey
Role Requirements & Scope
- Experience in Fashion Retail or e-commerce customer service
- Excellent communication skills and leads with empathy as the brand's customer-facing liaison and first point of contact via email, chat and phone
- Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-first mindset, and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Genuine care and passion for fashion and customer experience in providing resolution within the brand's capacity
- Fast-adapting to navigating e-commerce tools, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Hands-on multitasking capabilities through maintaining good interdepartmental relations
