Full-Time - Customer Experience Lead

What You'll Do

  • Communicates confidently across email, chat, and call
  • Resolves customer issues with empathy and clarity 
  • Assist with orders, queries and post-sales support
  • Hands-on coordination and multitasking well across teams
  • Provide expert product and styling advice that helps customers make confident purchasing decisions
  • Stay well-versed in rewards programs, policies and promotions to support every stage of the customer journey

Role Requirements & Scope

  • Experience in Fashion Retail or e-commerce customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and leads with empathy as the brand's customer-facing liaison and first point of contact via email, chat and phone
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-first mindset, and familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Genuine care and passion for fashion and customer experience in providing resolution within the brand's capacity
  • Fast-adapting to navigating e-commerce tools, with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Hands-on multitasking capabilities through maintaining good interdepartmental relations
