Role Requirements & Scope
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service in Fashion or eCommerce industry
- Excellent communicator as the brand's customer-facing liaison and first-point of contact via email, chat and phone
- Problem solver mindset to serve customers well
- Customer-centric in providing resolution within brand's capacity
- Fast-adapting to navigating e-commerce tools, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Hands on multi-tasking capabilities through maintaining good interdepartmental relations
