Role Requirements & Scope

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service in Fashion or eCommerce industry
  • Excellent communicator as the brand's customer-facing liaison and first-point of contact via email, chat and phone
  • Problem solver mindset to serve customers well
  • Customer-centric in providing resolution within brand's capacity
  • Fast-adapting to navigating e-commerce tools, with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Hands on multi-tasking capabilities through maintaining good interdepartmental relations
