Refund policy

 

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please submit your return via our Returns Center.

We gladly accept returns within 7 days upon package arrival as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Please note, your order has to be fulfilled and delivered in order to begin the return process in our system.

Returns will be done in the form of STORE CREDITS only. STORE CREDITS will be issued to you via Your Store Account with no expiration date to the STORE CREDITS. We do not accept returns or refunds in the form of cash / online transfer / credit card payments.

Orders must be returned in their entirety (as per the item(s) listed in the final Order Confirmation), including any free gifts received with that order at the point of purchase, to be eligible for returns.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS ON ALL SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES (BAGS/BROOCHES/JEWELLERY/SHAWLS)

Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns from any other countries at the moment with exception for orders from Singapore.

Return fees from Singapore to our warehouse will not be charged but the shipping fee paid in the original order from our warehouse to your address will not be refunded.
