Are Hani Mokhta Signature pieces bespoke or custom-made?
Hani Mokhta Signature designs are crafted upon request (Made-to-Order) from our established selection of Signature silhouettes. As these are not bespoke commissions, custom redesigns, or major style alterations, they are not offered.
Minor fit adjustments may be accommodated where suitable and will be advised during your Made-to-Order appointment session.

How do I select the right size?

I can’t see my preferred appointment date. How do I schedule a specific date or time?
Hani Mokhta Signature Made-to-Order appointments are released on a rolling basis due to limited studio and production availability. Made-to-Order booking slots can only be viewed and reserved up to five (5) days in advance. If your preferred date is not currently visible, we kindly recommend checking back closer to the day, as additional availability may be released based on capacity.

Each appointment is a private one-hour Hani Mokhta Signature Made-to-Order session.

How many guests may attend?
Each Made-to-Order appointment slot accommodates a maximum of two (2) guests. Additional guests are not permitted, as Made-to-Order sessions are designed to remain private and personalised.

What if I need to reschedule?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled Made-to-Order appointment, you may request to reschedule by contacting our team directly.

How do I reschedule my Made-to-Order appointment?
You may reschedule your Made-to-Order appointment through the confirmation email you received. Simply click the “Manage” button to view available time slots and select a new Made-to-Order appointment time that suits you, subject to availability.

What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as Made-to-Order appointments are scheduled within dedicated time slots.

What if I do not attend my Made-to-Order appointment?
If a client fails to attend a confirmed Made-to-Order appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be retained to cover the reserved time and preparation.

Can the session end earlier than one hour?
The booking fee applies to the reserved Made-to-Order appointment slot and is not subject to partial reimbursement should the Made-to-Order session conclude earlier than scheduled.

Why is there a booking fee?
A booking fee is required to secure your private Made-to-Order appointment slot. This allows us to reserve dedicated time and prepare your personalised Made-to-Order experience with care.

How much is the booking fee?
The booking fee is RM100 per Made-to-Order appointment.

Can the booking fee be used toward my purchase?
Yes. The RM100 booking fee is redeemable only toward a confirmed Hani Mokhta Signature order.

Why is the booking fee retained after the appointment?
The booking fee secures your private Made-to-Order appointment and allows us to prepare a personalised fitting experience just for you. As this time and service is reserved exclusively for you, the fee is retained once the Made-to-Order appointment has taken place and is non-refundable, regardless of whether a purchase is made. The fee remains fully redeemable only toward a confirmed Hani Mokhta Signature order.

Is the booking fee refundable?
The booking fee may be refunded for cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled Made-to-Order appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours, as well as no-shows, will remain non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your Made-to-Order appointment, we kindly ask that you proceed with a cancellation via the booking confirmation email no later than 12 hours prior to your scheduled Made-to-Order appointment time to be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to be reflected on your statement. Should the refund take longer than expected or not appear, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.
